Katherine Milam

Kathy Milam is an early childhood professional with a passion for supporting infants, toddlers, and their caregivers. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and a master’s degree in Program Management and Leadership. Kathy has 12 years of experience as an infant–toddler teacher and spent 2 years supervising the Parents as Teachers program. She now works as a Professional Development Provider for MountainHeart, where she trains and supports caregivers who work with young children. Kathy has been married for 31 years and has two grown daughters. She enjoys spending time with her pets, singing karaoke, and riding trails on her side-by-side. She is a member of the Church of Christ.
